FBC Lake Saint Louis Worship Ministries
This ministry helps us honor God and celebrate the gospel through the worship arts. 

Worship is giving God the glory He alone deserves.  Psalms 66:2 says we are to “sing the glory of His name and give to Him glorious praise.” All of life is a response to God…including the arts.

Who We Are
We are a family of diverse musicians and artists seeking to serve humbly and skillfully in a variety of ways.  Here are some ways you can get involved.

Accompanists and Special Event Musicians -   (Brass, woodwinds, handbells, etc.) Assist in our seasonal worship gatherings and special events.  Contact Rich Cowan or Bob Woods.  Serving Times: Seasonal
 
Adult Choir - Assist the 9:00 A.M. congregation in corporate worship and faithfully provide special music to our church family.  Vocal ability and a heart for worship is desired.  Contact Bob Woods.  Serving Times: Wednesdays and Sundays

Audio/Video Team - Serve the gospel message by supporting the weekly gatherings with sound, lighting, and video technology.   No experience required; training will be provided.  Contact Rich Cowan.  Serving Times: Wednesdays, Thursdays, Sundays

Drama  - Complement the communication of biblical truth by acting out relevant stories. Roles: Acting, writing, directing.   Contact Rich Cowan or Kristie Livingston.  Serving Times: Sundays, Varies

Graphic Design Team - Conceive and design materials for print, Web, and video with a view to reinforce our church’s message and mission.  Experience in graphic software and an interest in information architecture is helpful.  Contact Rich Cowan.  Serving Times: Varies

Kid’s Praise - (kid’s K thru 5th grade) Prepares young musicians to use their gifts for God's glory.  Contact Angela Winkelmeier or Rich Cowan.  Serving Times: Wednesdays

Ushers/Greeters - Extend hospitality and the love of Christ to guests and members by welcoming them at the door, distributing handouts, and assisting them in the Worship Center.  This team demonstrates kindness, joy, and an eagerness to engage with our church family and community.  Contact Rich Cowan, Don Swindle, Terri Olsen, or Thelma Williams.  Serving Times: Sundays

Web Site Team - Utilize giftings and experience to develop the church Web site.  Experience in Web and application development, programming or design is helpful but not necessary.  Contact Rich Cowan.  Serving Times: Varies

Worship Team - (Vocal or instrumental) Help our church family express our gratefulness to God in the 10:30 A.M. service.  Musical proficiency and a heart for God is desired.  Contact Rich Cowan.  Serving Times: Thursdays and Sundays
    
Youth Worship Team - Encourage our youth group to celebrate the gospel through music.  Musical ability (vocal or instrumental) is desired.  Contact Rich Cowan.  Serving Times: Wednesdays
