Children
The preschool, children and family ministry exists to support each family in their journey of encouraging and strengthening each child’s understanding of Jesus Christ and His love for them.
Our goal is to provide opportunities for children to learn about God, Jesus, and the Bible at an age appropriate level. We also desire to provide additional opportunities for families to serve God together as well walk along the journey of faith. Throughout every ministry activity, we will strive to provide a safe, secure, friendly, and excellent learning environment for all children.
Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” Matthew 19:14.
Sundays we offer:
- Sunday School during both services
- Family friendly worship during the 10:30 a.m. service
- Awanas on Sundays at 5:00 p.m.
- TeamKID (during the summer months of June-August) – a bible study for kids to promote discipleship
- Mission Friends – a program designed to teach kids about mission around the world and to make them aware of their role in the Great Commission.
- Kids Praise (during the school year months of August-May) – a children’s choir ages preschool through fifth grade that learns music theory and important aspects of worship and they also participate in worship several times a year.
